We have been BUZZed & looking for a talented Head Chef to take over the reigns & lead the culinary and create a new BUZZ in the kitchen. The General Manager is looking for someone talented, with huge amounts of passion experience & the vision to succeed. If you are looking for a challenge in a professional environment, get BUZZing!
The position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional dining experience. You will need to be a driven, committed and resourceful Chef who has fantastic leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team. Working closely with the Management team, you will have the understanding and the foresight to deliver quality and professionalism as a team.
You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Producing a consistent quality product whilst mentoring and developing a professional kitchen brigade is your primary focus. Ideally you will have notched up 2 years as Head Chef in a quality dining establishment & have an amazing name in the culinary world. You will need to have experience with multi outlet operations including banqueting, conference, weddings & ala carte.
