We've been BUZZed & are looking for a Conference Sales Manager to join the team in BUZZing Queenstown. We are looking for a charismatic and confident communicator who thrives on maximising opportunities for growth in & get a BUZZ out of succeeding. The successful candidate will focus on providing accommodation solutions to the C&I, Corporate, Groups and SME markets. A strong knowledge of the MICE sector is essential and the ability to identify new corporate opportunities. It is imperative you have an in depth knowledge of the accommodation sector with a proven track record converting leads into sales. Your outstanding communication skills will have you dealing with a wide range of levels in business from SME's to large corporate clients.
The conference facility is amazing, with stunning views & very talented team delivering an exceptional service. The company places a strong emphasis on developing their people's abilities, providing ongoing training, excellent incentive schemes, they identify future leaders and hone their skills.
